About our Neighborhood

Often called "Tallahassee's best kept secret", we are a private community located off Miccosukee Road in northeast Leon County, Florida. Situated next to one of the area's finest greenways and famed canopy roads, and with convenient access to US Highway 90 and Interstate 10, Arvah Branch is a suburban oasis in the country, yet only minutes from shopping, dining and entertainment. Developed primarily during the 1990s, the neighborhood is comprised of just under 100 custom homes which vary in architectural style and size, with lots ranging from approximately one-half acre to five acres. Amenities include lighted streets, underground utilities, county-maintained roads, and beautiful Lake Becky with a gazebo, fishing pier, walking trail, and adjacent woodland to be enjoyed by residents and accompanied guests. Restrictive deeds and covenants preserve the aesthetical integrity of our community and enhance property values for homeowners.
